自從發掘這個運動中心後，幾次跟小瑪麗去試他們的課程。
肚皮舞課完全是好奇心驅使；不大的空間裡，七八個女孩子，幾個十幾歲的小孩子，每個人都穿輕便的平底鞋，腰間綁著繫滿金銅片的布，隨著一走一搖晃叮叮噹噹作響。
年輕的老師身材很好，舞步動作間搖曳生姿；之前一直以為最多只是跟著旋律隨便扭腰擺臀，其實卻不然；看似容易的一套固定舞步好難跟的上。轉頭看瑪麗，不看還好，兩人一對看便大笑出聲；老師流暢地跟著音樂風情萬種，兩人穿著厚重跑布鞋像蟲在滑行一樣僵硬。唉唉，手腳動作協調還真不容易啊

from Russia
遠從俄羅斯美術院來的短期畫展，喜歡的法國畫家Matisse的作品也在其中。
佔Royal Academy of Arts三間大展示廳，分成幾個時期展覽由俄羅斯當時收藏家的收集。Matisse的野獸派Fauvism畫風（使用強烈對比色彩及線條表達，偏於印象派）在好幾個作品裡展現。這幅[舞者]也用在廣告主打。
許多其他同時期的名畫，高更、Kandinsky、Cézanne，將表現派、抽象主義、立體派Cubism聚集一起，很有氣質的一下午。

In the focus
Reading BBC news in the aftermath of the Taiwan presidential election makes one's blood boil somehow. For the Taiwanese, economic stability came as top of the poll; for the media, the focus unsurprisingly lies in the China-Taiwan issue.
One of the BBC news articles interviewed some Chinese tourists and it was common for them to think that "the two sides should unite immediately, whether by peace of by force". Such subjective statement, yet such strong belief. This interestingly coincides with the "opening" of the firewall where access to BBC articles were unblocked, with the Chinese pondered over why there were more than one version of what they took to heart the "real news".
When the build-up of all the political fuzz, fun and game come to an end, the spotlight will be on the people of the island. The ones who decide how the future is to be taken forward, whether the right choice was made or any consequences to suffer from, only time can tell. Fortunately for the people, Taiwan's freedom and democracy allows them to criticize, judge and decide; and it is with that, that Taiwan will always be a step ahead.
The Taiwanese overseas are proud to be; so should the ones living and ruling the island.

女王有約
跟安兩人忙裡偷閒溫莎堡一遊；春天的城堡跟那年夏天來時比起多層涼意。
遠遠的旗子風中飄揚，也就是女王在家中的意思。還很湊巧的遇上衛兵組（看到人群站道路兩邊，還以為是女王要出巡）。
城堡的一邊開放給遊客參觀，皇室的雄厚財富及之講究，毫不掩飾的顯示在金碧輝煌的傢具擺設。從會客室、武器槍械廳、餐盤室、客書房、展覽室等各類展覽室中，可以體會到整個大英帝國的文化禮數。女王雍容華貴，年紀很大甚至活過自己的妹妹。
牆上掛滿歷代皇族、發誓效忠捍衛皇室的武士牌；古董雕花桌上擺著瓷瓶，玻璃櫃裡鎖著正式場合使用的不同披袍。兩人邊參觀邊偷瞄窗外不對外開放的一區，猜想女王是不是也正在看著我們？
辦家家的玩偶住宅的精細設計也是皇家標準，包含女傭男僕房間、行李間、後院前廳等等。如果我們的小時候辦家家夢幻想像城堡裡的公主生活，真正的公主夢裡又會是什麼？
